The 1950’s-era cottage needed a second-story addition to accommodate an active family that loves to entertain.

After

A 1950's-era cottage near the beach in La Jolla was converted to a two-story home designed for an active family who loves to have guests over. On the ground floor, the existing space was reconfigured and expanded while the new second story contains the master suite, childrens’ and guests’ bedrooms and bathrooms.
